Modi says his Twitter account hacked
NDTV Correspondent, Saturday April 17, 2010, Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh

IPL Commissioner seems unfazed by Income Tax (I-T) raids on IPL office in Mumbai and the current controversies related to Kochi team.

When asked about the Income Tax raids, he said the IPL and BCCI were cooperating with the probe and whatever documents were being sought were being given.

Modi said: " I-T is doing their job, we have nothing to hide."

On reports that a woman took away papers from his office just before the I-T raids Modi said: "I don't know about papers. Yes, laptop was taken away from my office."

Mr Modi who spilled the beans about Kochi team's shareholders on Twitter has said that somebody has broken into his Twitter account.

Amid reports that IPL Governing Council members met informally here on clipping his powers, Lalit Modi on Saturday put up a brave face, saying all speculation in this regard is wrong.

He said members were "flying up and down" and were meeting at individual levels.

Meanwhile, BCCI Finance and Media Committee chairman Rajiv Shukla said there was no formal or informal meeting of the Governing Council.

Modi was convicted in US for drug peddling. How could BCCI hire executive with criminal back ground

Modi is a twit. He thinks others are too. If you cannot manage a twitter a/c, how can he manage the IPL funds? Obviously this person is not reliable or mature to handle this massive organisation.
