The city of Mumbai is no stranger to the dazzle and sparkle of superstars. As home to one of the biggest entertainment and fashion industries in the world, Mumbai, on Thursday, became the perfect destination for luxury giant Dior's pre-fall fashion show. Needless to say, the event at the Gateway of India was a star-studded affair with actors, models, and musicians from Bollywood, Hollywood, and the Thai film industry attending the India-inspired fashion show. Among those present at the event was Bridgerton Star Simone Ashley. The stunner stepped out in a white Dior ensemble, a diamond necklace, and a bag with a floral design. An image of the actress at the event was shared by Dior on their official page.
Also seen in the same carousel of images are actor Poorna Jagannathan – in another white ensemble from the collection – and musician Anoushka Shankar, dressed in a maroon embellished floor-length number.
The caption under the photos reads: “The much-anticipated #DiorFall23 show by Maria Grazia Chiuri has drawn to a close in Mumbai. Some of Bollywood's biggest names too were present at the event, including Rekha, Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli, Sonam Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Isha Ambani with Radhika Merchant, Arjun Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Karisma Kapoor, Diana Penty, and Athiya Shetty, among others.
Anushka and Virat proved that they will always be a power couple as they put their best fashion foot forward at the event. While Anushka opted for a yellow dress from the Dior collection with a matching Lady Diana mini bag, Virat looked dapper in an olive-green suit paired with white sneakers.
In the set of images shared by Dior featuring Anushka and Virat, one can also spot Black-ish star Yara Shahidi and Indian supermodel Ujjwala Raut, both dressed in Dior outfits.
