Interacting with mediapersons in Hisar, Hooda assured them an impartial probe into all aspects of the case - Ruchika's molestation, her suicide and harassment of her family.

He also said that full protection would be provided to the family of the girl.

The Chief Minister was talking to reporters shortly after synchronising the first 600 MW unit of the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Thermal Power Project.

Hooda had earlier said the Ruchika case would be revisited and appropriate action taken in the matter.

Undoubtedly, our country has the most notorious human right records. Access to fair, impartial, effective & efficient judiciary is a super luxury for the masses up to middle class. In fact judiciary processes are seen more as harassments rather than any support to common citizens. Only people with powers, such as bureaucrats holding high positions or politicians and people having finances have the right to manipulate judiciary to their advantage whereas petitioners continue to run from pillars to posts to get their voices heard & get justice and continue to get victimized for years. In the modern digital age, we have yet to see any developed / developing country, where open shameless genocides are committed and sufferers don%u2019t get justice for decades and successive governments wash off their hands with flimsy arguments and general masses remain mute spectator with media doing some lip service off & on. It is the same rotten & insensitive system which would cast its evil shadow on the mute spectators and make them its victim one after another unless we learn to rise against injustice to any citizen of the country irrespective of its religion, cast & creed. Until then keep suffering. Every innocent death without punishments to the perpetrators is a huge blot to our country.
