New Delhi:

Tiger Shroff just kicked off his week on an extremely energetic note. The actor gave us a glimpse of his fitness levels, and casually served us the perfect dose of Monday motivation. In the video, Tiger Shroff is seen easily -- and flawlessly-- performing backflips during his workout session. The action star, as usual, landed perfectly on his feet after pulling off the complex stunt. The reverse slow-motion video was captioned, “Hope u guys have a flying start to the week.” If this does not nudge you to get out of bed and work out, we don't know what will. As expected, the clip garnered appreciation from fans as well as the actor's colleagues.

Fashion photographer Atul Kasbekar dropped a comment that read, “Nailed that landing. Wow.” Tiger Shroff was also lauded by American actor and martial arts artist Mark Dacascos. His comment read, “Tiger, Awesome. Please watch out for that pipe; you went so high I thought you were going to hit your feet. Much aloha.” Actor Ronit Roy voiced our collective sentiments with his comment that read, “I can never get tired of seeing your videos Tigi.  Inspiring and awesome to say the least.”

Tiger Shroff often drops such doses of inspiration on his social media accounts. Previously, the 31-year-old was seen sweating it out in the gym with some heavy weights. By heavy, we mean 180 kgs. The actor wrote in the caption, “Think I had another rep in me? 180 kgs.” He also added the hashtags “leg days” and “squats.”

In addition to the impressive fitness videos that make up a large part of his feed, he also reveals his vulnerable moments to fans on the public platform. One such recent post showed Tiger Shroff limping after he injured his muscle playing football. Despite the injury, the actor managed to score a goal. In the caption, Tiger Shroff added, “When your body can't keep up...pulled my muscle but didn't miss after that luckily...”

In terms of work, following the success of War, Tiger Shroff will be next seen in Heropanti 2 and Baaghi 4. In addition to this, he will also be seen in Vikas Bahl's upcoming dystopian action-thriller Ganapath with Kriti Sanon.
