Used US aid against India: Musharraf
NDTV Correspondent, Monday September 14, 2009, Islamabad
Former Pakistan president Pervez Musharraf has said that military aid provided by the US to Pakistan for the war against terror during his tenure had been used to strengthen defences against India. This is the first such admission by any top Pakistani leader.

Musharraf admitted that he had violated rules governing the use of the military aid, and justified his actions by saying he had "acted in the best interest of Pakistan".

India and several prominent lawmakers in the US have been accusing Pakistan of having used the US funds to strengthen its defences against India.

However, Pakistan has denied any wrongdoing.

I feel US is deliberately giving funds to Pakistan in the name of terror. India is selfless in the interests of subjects of Iraq, Afghanistan, Srilanka, Nepal,Burma. Home for refugees from Srilanka, Tibet, Pakistan, Bangladesh. So generous is India in keeping the neighbours at Peace with it.

Dear Readers, do you think that US is not monitoring the aid, pak govt is a puppet in the hands of US. Russia, China, Korea and India are the countries who could question US monopoly and US have strategically put neighbours of all these countries againts those countries.
