Racist attack on Asians in Britain
NDTV Correspondent, Saturday October 24, 2009, London
Three British teenagers could face prison for racist attacks on Asian shopkeepers that were caught on closed-circuit television.

Twins Justin and Luke Lovedale, and Nicholas Gardener, all aged 17, screamed racist abuse as they punched and kicked their terrified victims.

The attacks were caught on CCTV inside the two stores during their night of violence in Bristol. The footage was shown to Bristol magistrates' court and all three were found guilty of racially aggravated assault in both shops.

yes, I would like to reiterate the same, with respect to Australia. There are lots of people who live a peaceful and prosperous life there. Cases like this will happen every other country, but it should not be addresssed with respect to racisicm, which may affect the hospitality we show towards videshi's in India

Please stop this shrill, misdirected & xenophobic reporting, there are numerous people of south asian origin living peacefully in the UK and successfully at that. To be honest you have to be a south indian in a north indian state or vice versa to experience real xenophobia...trust me its much worse than the your perceived racial discrimination in the UK.
