RRB group D exams will begin on September 17. Candidates who have received their exam details are awaiting the mock test links. As of now, RRBs have uploaded the exam city, date and shift details for the exams scheduled to be held from September 17 till October 16. For exams to be held after October 16, the details of the concerned candidates will be released on September 13 along with the first slot of group d admit cards. RRBs will release the admit cards phase wise, one slot 4 days before the exam. in this way, the Board shall have to handle fewer candidates per day, instead of crores of logins on a single day.

On the exam day, candidates shall have to carry the admit card or hall ticket along with photo ID proof. Railway has strictly mentioned about not carrying the photocopy of the admit card. Photo ID proof includes Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, printout of e-Aadhaar, Driving License, PAN card, Passport, Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a Govt. Employee, School / College / University Photo ID card etc.

While downloading the group d admit card or even while logging in to the mock test portal, candidates may face server issues. It is because lakhs of candidates will try to log in to the portal at a time. In such cases, candidates are suggested to wait for a while and retry later. Candidates can try accessing the websites at off-peak hours.

RRB Group D Exam Date Declared: What's Next?

Unlike the RRB ALP, Technician exam candidates shall have to appear for one CBT for railway group D recruitment. Candidates as many as twice the vacancies will be shortlisted for the Physical efficiency test, which is the second selection level for RRB group D posts.
