It's been a busy year for Manushi Chhillar. The former Miss World and ace model just made her debut in Samrat Prithvirajalongside Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar. And, anyone who is a fan of Bollywood knows how hectic the shoot schedules and promotional campaigns can be. After months of tiring and demanding work, Manushi deserves to rest. And, in her latest Instagram post, the actress seems to be desperate for a vacation. Her reason? She wants to “save her sanity." Manushi has posted two photos on her timeline. In one, she is lounging in a breezy summer outfit while reading a book. In the second photo, Manushi is posing in a funny way while rolling her eyes. The caption read, “Sincerely need a quiet holiday with a good book. Swipe right to see how badly I need a vacay to save my sanity.”
Manushi Chhillar has treated fans to several BTS moments from the sets of her debut film Samrat Prithviraj. She had released a mysterious first-look poster of her character, Princess Sanyogita in January. And, that was all it took for the Internet to come to a standstill. In her post, we see a silhouetted version of her photo from the sets. Manushi appears to be wearing her hair in a long braid while dressed in a saree in this biopic of Prithviraj Chauhan. The caption only read, “Sanyogita.”
Manushi Chhillar has also penned a note for all the love coming her way with the latest release. Along with a series of sketches, created by her fans, Manushi wrote, “Extremely grateful for all the love Sanyogita has been receiving.”
Samrat Prithviraj, a biopic of Prithviraj Chauhan, is directed by Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi.
