Urban Political masses are now capable of diffrentiating between action and inaction. Unless the Shiva Sena reinvents itself and sheds its street image, it will always be an "also ran"

no because he has not the potential as his father

Shiv Sena is known for its aggressive approach on major issues.Dat qualities display in Mr Raj not in Mr uddhav. The no-holds-barred rivalry between the cousins is not new:it began when Raj left the Shiv Sena four years ago.At stake is the legacy of Shiv Sena's mercurial founder Bal Thackeray.Uddhav wants to be political heir to his father. And Raj,son of Bal Thackeray's brother,is hell-bent on claiming the same legacy for himself.

Balasaheb him self resposible for the division of Shiv sena. Raj could have won the election if he were the leader but Udhav cannot become a leader. Manohar Joshi must be knowing this but he cannot speak against Balasaheb

Raj is not a man who leads anyone because he don%u2019t able to talk with humanity, he is more in believe in Ravana not becoming Rama, I thought that the young blood will make some good politics not divide and rule policy, he actually taking the politics in very wrong diraction, at least Uddhav is not like him.

Yes, Maharashtra needs a cool person like him to work without much fuss and show. He is a silent, cool, soft hearted person.

NO, He is not at all capable of doing so. He does not have the fire of the real 'Shivsainik' moreover he is fighting with Raj, who could have done it.

Yes, sure. Uddhav has all the qualities of being a successful politician. My best wishes for him and I pray Maharaj Shivaji bless him with landslide victory in elections.

Please do not spend money on statues, spend this money on people who are starving of food.No body speaks about farmers committing sucide.Spend this money on dams which will be benificial to farmers. We celebrate our 60 years of independence, but there is no electricity in villages. There is a need to construct dam in villages of Maharastra.

I think the rivalry with Raj Thackeray is going to cost him the loyal marathi voters.Although I would love to see him as CM.

after listening to him speaking, I really wish that Uddhav is successful. He spoke sensibly and conveyed the impression that he had analysed the reasons for the electoral losses the last time round.

BJP-Shiv Sena or MNS or Third Front should come in power. What has Congress -NCP done for Maharashtra in ten years.Inadeqtaue Power Supply .Maharashtra has become Power deficit state.Other issues like Investor -unfriendly attitude has toppled Maharashtra from being Number 1 State. Enough of Congress-NCP.

Given a choice between Congress-NCP-MNS, Shiv-sena BJP combine is a better option. Atleast udhav is somewhat moderate as compared to the dangerous agenda pursued by his cousin Raj. Lets keep our fingers crossed for this crucial vote.

Please preserve forts built by Shivaji maharaj rather than spending money on new monuments. These forts are amazing structure and can be a great tourist attraction.

I just watched Uddhav Thackrey's interview. All I can say is he is gem of a person. I really wish SS/BJP wins the elections and Raj's MNS is completely wiped out.

Not sure if Uddhave can lead Sena to victory or for that matter any one party/alliance would be victorious. Sure, there would be shame less "Horse Trading" and it wont be "Cattle Class"
