Maharashtra: Milk prices likely to increase?
NDTV Correspondent, Friday January 22, 2010, Mumbai
Minister for Agriculture, Sharad Pawar has indicated that milk prices in Maharashtra are likely to increase by Rs 2 in the next two months.

Milk producers say that's because their own costs have gone up, mainly because they're paying more for fodder, which is in short supply, for their cattle.

More details are awaited.

Mr Sharad Pawar has cheated on the public by playing hand in glove with casein export manufacturers to benefit them with incentives & deprived the public for milk.
