Meerut:
A man was allegedly shot dead by his brother over some monetary dispute in Meerut, police said today.
The incident happened yesterday night in Dandupur village, they said.
Babu (25) fought with his brother Kalu over sharing of wheat after which the latter allegedly shot him dead, police added.
After the incident, the accused fled the scene. No case has been registered yet, police said.
The body has been sent for post mortem, they said, adding that a search for the accused is on.
