March 2023 saw a star-studded week as the Lakme Fashion Week took place at the Jio Gardens in BKC, Mumbai. The 4-day long event saw designers displaying their latest collection draped on some of Bollywood's most exceptional stars, who walked the ramp. From '90s stars like Karisma Kapoor and Sushmita Sen to Gen Z stars Sara Ali Khan and Shanaya Kapoor, the event was indeed star-studded with gorgeous outfits on display. Let us have a look at the round-up of all the showstoppers who turned muse to India's prominent designers at the FDCI X Lakme Fashion Week.

Karisma Kapoor was a delightful sight when she walked the ramp for clothing brand Ranna Gill in a backless, multicoloured gown which featured multiple layers and vibrant colours.

Rakul Preet Singh walked in Shruti Sancheti's khadi ensemble in blue and ivory. The three-piece outfit consisted of an embroidered bralette, loose-fit short bottoms with a flared skirt and a long cape jacket.

Sanya Malhotra in a tangy orange co-ord set with a tropical print cape from Flirtatious gave the perfect summer vibes.

Shilpa Shetty walked in a purple and orange printed ensemble from Limerick. The outfit included a strappy body-hugging jumpsuit with cutout detailing at the midriff region. She carried a long jacket with the outfit.

Sonakshi Sinha played muse to ITRH in a shimmery co-ord set consisting of a bralette, a long skirt and a cape on the shoulders. The collection was all about glitter and glitz as seen on Anshula Kapoor, and Anaita Shroff Adajania along with Sonakshi.

Sobhita Dhulipala in a hot red Tarun Tahiliani pre-draped saree gown was definitely a sight to behold.

Sayani Gupta was the showstopper for the clothing brand Jajaabor in a vibrant ruffled gown with a shirt-like bodice and a net trail to follow.

Zeenat Aman looked exceptionally stylish in a red and black sequined retro look consisting of a cape-sleeve printed top followed by a pair of relaxed-fit black trousers.

Kalki Kanmani in Label Esha showed a sassy look in a multicoloured three-piece co-ord set.

Diana Penty in Disha Patil couture was dazzling in a sparkly silver lehenga set and looked radiant.

Tara Sutaria played muse to clothing brand Annu's creation in a stunning embroidered fuchsia pink lehenga.

Sara Ali Khan looked stunning in a cherry red and gold Punit Balana lehenga as she exuded charm and elegance effortlessly.

Sushmita Sen in an embellished lime Anushree Reddy lehenga looked breathtaking as she walked the ramp with charm.

Shanaya Kapoor grabbed all the eyeballs in a sequined lime saree from Arpita Mehta's label as she dazzled through the ramp.

Ritika Mirchandani's showstopper Parineeti Chopra walked in a stellar white embroidered co-ord set consisting of a bralette, a long skirt and a cape jacket.

Athiya Shetty looked stellar in a deep purple Namrata Joshipura jumpsuit with shimmery details and a sheer cape.

Taapsee Pannu in Monisha Jaising's deep red elaborate gown was a red-carpet dream come true.

Rashmika Mandanna set the ramp on fire in an embroidered two-toned pre-draped saree gown from designer JJ Valaya.

Nargis Fakhri in Sejal Kamdar designs effortlessly walked the ramp in an embroidered crop top, flared skirt and a short-sleeved half jacket.

Malaika Arora's embroidered ensemble in red and gold was Bhumika Sharma's latest collection and looked exceptional on the diva.

Nushrratt Bharuccha walked the ramp for Mahima Mahajan in a vibrant, breezy lehenga skirt which she teamed with a halter neck bralette and dupatta all with floral prints.

Tamannaah Bhatia in an embellished gown from Nirmooha set the internet ablaze with its shimmery sequins.

Ananya Panday closed the fashion week with Manish Malhotra's collection. The gorgeous floor-sweeping gown in black white and red with the long cape jacket was definitely a treat for the end night.

The Lakme Fashion Week was indeed a stylish affair.
