Chiranjeevi and llu Arjun visit Ram Charan-Upasana in the hospital.
RRR star Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Kamineni are over the moon after the birth of their little one on Monday morning. While wishes poured in for the couple on this happy occasion, some of their family and friends from the film industry also took out time to visit the new parents in the hospital in Hyderabad. Telugu superstar and Ram Charan's dad was clicked arriving at the hospital. The actor was dressed in a blue shirt as he waved at the shutterbugs stationed outside the hospital. Ram Charan's cousin and Pushpa actor Allu Arjun also came to meet the new parents at the hospital along with his wife Sneha. Allu Arjun was dressed in a casual white t-shirt as he made his way inside the premises. The film producer and Allu Arjun's father Allu Arvind was among the other visitors at the hospital.
Ram Charan and his wife Upasana welcomed their first child on Monday morning in Hyderabad. The news of the baby's arrival was shared through a medical bulletin released by Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad. The statement read: "Upasana Kamineni Konidela and Ram Charan Konidela had a baby girl on 20th June 2023 at Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Both the baby and mother are doing well."
On Monday, Ram Charan's dad and Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi expressed his joy at becoming a granddad. Wishing the new parents, Chiranjeevi left the sweetest message for them on Twitter. It read, "Welcome Little Mega Princess !! You have spread cheer among the Mega Family of millions on your arrival as much as you have made the blessed parents' Ram Charan & Upasana Konidela and us grandparents, Happy and Proud!!"

Allu Arjun also left a heartfelt note for the new parents on his Instagram story. He wrote, "Heartiest Congratulations. To my sweetest golden-hearted brother, Ram Charan and my dearest kind-hearted lady Upasana for the precious new arrival. Super happy for proud grandparents Chiranjeevi Garu and Surekha garu."

Upasana and Ram Charan, who got married on June 14 in 2012, announced their first pregnancy in an Instagram post in December last year. “We are delighted to share that Upasana and Ram Charan are expecting their first child. With love and gratitude from Surekha and Chiranjeevi Konidela, Shobana and Anil Kamineni,” it read.
In terms of work, Ram Charan was last seen in SS Rajamouli's RRR, which was a blockbuster. He is now prepping for his next film with Kiara Advani, titled Game Changer.
