Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot have managed to keep fans on their toes with their turbulent relationship dynamic. From being friends to expressing their fondness for one another, the two were touted to be Bigg Boss 16's next big couple. However, soon enough they were seen getting into massive fights that usually end with Tina and Shalin promising to not talk to one another. Now, another fight has ensued between the two after Tina accused Shalin of using steroids to maintain his physique. During a morning workout session, Shalin tells Tina that he has worked hard on his body without the help of enhancers like steroids.
But Tina Datta does not believe this and says, “Only weights you are doing and dawaaiyan khatein rehtey ho steroids and all that. Steroids ka toh kya hi hain usse hojata hai [You take medicines and are on steroids constantly. So the effects are bound to be visible].
To this, a visibly irked Shalin Bhanot explains that he is disciplined and that he has never used any kind of steroids in his life. But Tina says that she has seen steroids written on his products. To this, Shalin calls Tina Datta mad and asks how she can say such things on national television.
Tina Datta then asks Shalin Bhanot not to speak down to her. “Don't talk to me like that,” she says, accusing him of being rude.
The episode on Thursday also saw Tina Datta's former friend and fellow contestant Sreejita De accusing Tina of trying to sabotage people's relationships. She even refers to Tina as a “sadist” and “lonely”, adding, “Oh god, I know her so well babe. Bohot logo ke ghar todne ki koshish kari hai, khud ka ghar isliye nhi basa paayi (She has tried to break relationships of others' and hence, she did not able to find a partner for herself).”
This week, Tina Datta, Ankit Gupta, Sreejita De, and Vikkas Manaktala have been nominated for elimination.
