TV actress Aishwarya Sharma, who is best-known for Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, remembered her late grandmother on social media. Aishwarya lost her grandmother a few days ago. On Wednesday, Aishwarya paid an emotional tribute to her on Instagram. The actress posted a few adorable pictures of herself with her late grandmother on the platform. Aishwarya can be seen embracing her "cutest superwoman", as she says in the post. The Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin actress also wrote a heart-warming note for her grandmother, as she bid goodbye to her.

Aishwarya, who recovered from COVID-19 in March, recalled what her grandmother told the actress back then. "My Naniji.. I lost her yesterday, I remember when I was suffering from covid she called and said jab tu theek ho jaaye jab tu kaam pe jaaye mujhe batana tere naam ka nariyal bhagwan ko chadhana hai (When you start feeling better and go to work, let me know, I will pray and will offer a coconut to God)," read an excerpt from her post..

The actress added, "She was just selfless and a beautiful cutest superwoman, I love you Naniji I miss you. May your soul rest in peace OM Shanti."

Aishwarya's fiance and his Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin co-star Neil Bhatt reacted to her post. "I wish I could meet her," Neil wrote in the comment section.

Both Neil and Aishwarya had tested positive for COVID-19 on the sets of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin on March 11 and March 15 respectively. As per the reports, Rajesh Ram Singh and Pradeep Kumar, the producers of the show, had confirmed the news and shared joint statements on Neil and Aishwarya's behalf.

The statement read, "Actress Aishwarya Sharma and a crew member who are a part of the TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin have tested positive for COVID-19. Both have received medical help/attention and quarantined themselves. The BMC is informed and the sets have been fumigated and sterilized as per the protocol. We are constantly in touch with the entire team as their health is our priority. We stand by our commitment to safety and will continue to ensure that all measures prescribed by the authorities are being adhered to."

"Actor Neil Bhatt who is an integral part of the TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has tested positive for COVID-19. As soon as the symptoms were detected, he received medical help and has quarantined himself. Immediately thereupon the entire cast & crew were isolated and tested. The BMC is informed and the sets will be fumigated and sterilized as per the protocol. Currently, the artist is receiving medical attention and under home quarantine. We are constantly in touch with the entire team as their health is our priority. We stand by our commitment to safety and will continue to ensure that all measures prescribed by the authorities are being adhered to," another statement read.

Both Neil and Aishwarya had tested negative for COVID-19 on March 31.

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin features actors Neil Bhatt and Ayesha Singh as leads. Neil plays the role of ACP Virat Chavan. Ayesha plays the role of Sai Joshi, his wife. Aishwarya Sharma is cast as Patralekha Salunkhe.

Aishwarya Sharma met Neil Bhatt on the sets of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. They got engaged in January this year.
