Over the years, the actor has been consistent with his workout routine and his well-toned body is proof of that. Recently, Sidharth posted a video taking a lap in the pool on Instagram. The clip featured him swimming back from the end of the pool to the front. The actor definitely served as an inspiration for many by performing the water activity that has multiple benefits.

Swimming engages multiple muscle groups, providing a comprehensive workout. It is also good for your cardiovascular health as it improves heart health, reduces blood pressure, and increases cardiovascular endurance. Swimming can help with weight loss and maintenance, it builds strength and endurance and relieves stress. In the caption, Sidharth shared an Ophelia Filek quote that read, "The foundation of a strong self comes from small acts of daily discipline."

In his previous Instagram post, Sidharth Malhotra shared a glimpse of his workout routine. Dressed in a black vest and shorts, the actor was seen pushing a trolley. He just simply wrote in the caption, "Push your limits!" 

Before that, Sidharth Malhotra made an appearance at NDTV's Swasthagraha event, where he spoke about ways of staying healthy. The actor talked about an issue that many will relate with; too much screen time. Urging people to put down their devices and turn off their screens to detox, he said that it would lead to better health.
