Anil: I feel entertainment, with a little message, is always wonderful
Anil Kapoor is awaiting the release of Mubarakan
"I will tell young actors that if you want a long innings, it is extremely important to do family entertainers, which can make you cry and laugh. I feel entertainment, with a little message, is always wonderful," PTI quoted Anil Kapoor as saying.
The trailer of Anil Kapoor's Mubarakan was unveiled by the makers of the film on Tuesday. In the film, his nephew, actor Arjun Kapoor features in a double role - Karan and Charan (identical twins) while he will portray the role of Kartar Singh.
Mubarakan, which has been directed by Anees Bazmee, also stars Ileana D'Cruz and Athiya Shetty in lead roles.
Speaking about his forthcoming film, Anil Kapoor told PTI that his film has no double meaning dialogues and the entire family could watch it.
"After a long time, we are seeing a film which is a family entertainer which all can watch together. The best part about all of Anees' films is that they don't have a single double meaning dialogue, which will make you uncomfortable while watching with your family. When was the last time you watched a film like this?," PTI quoted Anil Kapoor as saying.
Mubarakan is scheduled to release in theatres on July 28.
Anil Kapoor was last seen in 2015 movie Welcome Back, co-starring Nana Patekar, John Abraham, Shruti Haasan and Paresh Rawal.
