New Delhi: Kareena Kapoor Khan wrapped her Veere Di Wedding schedule in Delhi ahead of Diwali to celebrate the festival with her family in Mumbai. This year is extra special for Kareena and Saif Ali Khan because this Diwali is the little nawab - Taimur Ali Khan's - first Diwali. Taimur and Kareena touched down in Mumbai on Sunday and the paparazzi were so delighted to have their favourite mother-son duo back. Dressed in monochrome, Kareena kept her airport wardrobe minimal and chic. It was an assortment of clothes we can all find in our wardrobes but the trick is to put them together in style - black plants, striped shirt and a long white jacket.

Kareena Kapoor may be a busy Bollywood star with a packed schedule but she sure does have her priorities straight. "We will be finishing our Delhi schedule a few days before Diwali, so I will be spending time with my family. Work is a priority but family is very important to me," is what she'd told news agency IANS earlier.

Kareena is looking forward to Diwali and she has something special planned for baby Taimur: "I'm sure (he) will enjoy the family gatherings. Apart from getting him goodies and gifts for the season, I would love to play dress-up with him and get him into the most adorable traditional outfits."

Veere Di Wedding is Kareena Kapoor's first film after Taimur was born in December last year. Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania, and is expected to hit theatres next year.

Post Diwali, Veere Di Wedding will continue to shoot the remaining portions in Mumbai.
