Actress picked up for suspected role in prostitution racket

Bangalore: Three persons, including an actress, have been picked up by the police from a five-star hotel in the city for alleged involvement in a prostitution racket, said the police.

The Tamil and Telugu film actress, software engineer Venugopal and his friend Suraksh were picked up from the hotel during a raid by the city police.

The three, who had rented a room in the hotel, are being questioned and if found guilty they would be arrested, said the police.
