Janhvi Kapoor's Bollywood debut movie Dhadak may still be 10 days away but the girl has been busy promoting it with her co-star Ishaan Khattar for weeks now. With one fantastic outfit after the next all turned out in quick succession; even before the release of her film, Janhvi is making sure to stay on top of the style charts. From decking up in sparkling ensembles to breathing life into ethnic wear, the 21-year-old debutant has been constantly experimenting with her personal style in recent weeks.
Her latest look is no different. The co-stars took off to Ahmedabad to promote the movie with Ishaan in a striped shirt and brown trousers and Janhvi, a complete showstopper. For the appearance, she wore a vibrant orange and yellow Manish Malhotra kurta with a halter neckline, embellished cuffs and cold shoulder detail. Under it, she wore fitted blue ripped jeans and paired the outfit with nude pumps and dangling earrings with natural makeup and straight hair.
While we've seen her in myriad of hues, it's one of Janhvi's first times in shades as bright as these. The combination of rich orange and yellow look like a warm summer sunset peeking through the horizon but you know, more fashionable. The kurta is also paired with ripped jeans, an unusual combination to say the least. It's sure to elicit a mixed response but it's always pleasing to see a fresh take on ethnic wear, worn to perfection like Janhvi.
