As she indulged in a “90-degree single-arm kettlebell press.” she was dressed in mint green athleisure apparel. The two-piece set included a crop top with a front zip, which she paired with matching tights and black sports shoes. She tied her hair in a high ponytail, in true fitness enthusiast style.

Sunday turned out to be her weight training day, and she was surely pumped up to dish out some fitness motivation. Urvashi shared a video of herself, performing the back deadlift with 10 kg barbells. The actress dropped the clip with the caption, “Behind the back Deadlift…an opposition movement something that almost invariably tests well when you've gone too far in one direction.”

Not too long ago, Urvashi Rautela found a gym buddy in Yash Birla. The businessman shared a video of working out with Urvashi.
