Every eye makeup look you see may be oozing with a myriad of hues and pops of colour but it doesn't always take a professional makeup artist to achieve it. Karisma Kapoor dropped us a makeup tip on what she does to achieve a coloured eye makeup look. For Saif Ali Khan's 50th birthday party, which had his pregnant wife Kareena Kapoor cutting the cake by his side, Karisma looked like a glamazon wearing blue winged out eyes with orange toned lips and her hair pulled back in a ponytail. While striking a pouty pose, she exemplified her love for coloured eyeliner later on Instagram.
We can see why Karisma absolutely adores coloured eyeliner. Thick strokes, thin ones and even geometric patterns can turn it from an eyeliner to an eyeshadow to a kajal and so much more. Get on your hands on a couple of blue coloured eyeliners like Karisma is wearing.
It seems that Karisma has always been about the eyes when it comes to makeup. A previous look of hers saw her wear a brightly printed dress with her hair in a coiled braid and eyes with a wash of lilac colour.
More colour came at us when she flaunted a black and gold birthday look wearing her hair in a loose ponytail with glossy pink lips and eyes made up in light blue and orange sunset tones. How's that for experimental!
She also combined graphic eyeliner with bright pops when she wore a winged out blue eyeliner look with a touch of bronze on the cheeks and nude lipstick.
