The form helps, incredibly, to increase your flexibility, body coordination and it also improves your posture. It targets strengthening your upper body muscles, and your core abdominal muscles. The actress can be seen standing up on a platform and landing on the floor while backflipping in midair. Along with the video, the actress wrote, “Can't wait to fly back again.”
