Denim Was A Hot Trend This Season, And These Stars Made It Look Even Hotter

To denim, or not to denim? - that should not be a question. Why? Oh, just because donning denim has been one hot trend this season. And as we move towards the colder season, there is absolutely no reason the trend won't continue. But that is the thing about denim, trends may come and go, denim is eternally fashionable. And if there is anyone who can vouch for that, it is the many B-town stars and celebs who not only wore denim like-a-boss these past few months but also reminded us that it is one of the most versatile trends (and fabric) there is.

The past few months have seen some of the best denim looks that we could have hoped to see on Bollywood stars. From a distressed saree to stone-washed denims, there was a lot to be scrutinised. And after all of that, we are totally inspired to wear denim in new styles ourselves.

Sonam Kapoor and the tale of the denim saree

Unconventional, stylish, and absolutely rad, the denim saree had us going "Wow!" unanimously. Sonam wore the ripped denim saree by Diksha Khanna with a white shirt, and offered a new horizon to denim versatility. The distressed drape was a win-win.

Co-ord sets are a rage these days. But think of denim co-ord set, and you should think of the time Kareena wore one for Veere Di Wedding promotions. Cropped denim jacket paired with a midi skirt with an asymmetrical hem, the outfit was rock-chic meets street style at its best.

Neha Dhupia is an out-and-out fashionista. There are hardly any times when she wears something and not rock it. And that was as true for the time she decided to wear this studded denim jacket, distressed at the right places, paired with cobalt distressed denim jeans. Finishing the look with a pair of large hoops and white sneakers, she looked simple yet stylish.

Sisters twinning? Yes, we are down with that. The Kapoor sisters twinning in denim? Hell yes! For a night out in London, Sonam and Rhea Kapoor decided to wear the hottest trend in the chicest way. Sonam wore a denim pantsuit by luxury brand Tibi whereas Rhea was all casual in her flared denim trousers, black printed tee and denim jacket.
