Shahana Goswami made her debut at the Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of her film Santosh captivating everyone with her stunning wardrobe choices at the 77th edition of the festival. For one of her appearances, she took over the French Rivera with her boho-chic avatar. Tarun Tahiliani was her designer pick of the day. The actress turned heads in a gold-sequinned tube bralette with a sweetheart neckline. Adding to the drama was her flowy, multi-hued Kashida Couture coat, embroidered with ample traditional designs. Glitters and sequins were featured in plenty, contributing to the ensemble's dazzle and oomph. An “old pair of jeans” in light blue was Shahana's way of weaving ethnic and modern elements into her OOTD. Oversized golden earrings were her only accessories. A bronzed makeup base with special attention to eye makeup and nude lips with her short tresses styled in waves completed the look.
On day 1 of the fashion-film global event, Shahana Goswami embraced her Indian roots in an Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla saree. The six-yard satin drape came in a regal style champagne chamois shade, topping the fashion charts. The crisply pleated fabric ran across her shoulders and down into a floor-sweeping train. One end was wrapped gracefully around her wrist. She paired the saree with a Swarovski-encrusted blouse. Diamond-encrusted floral earrings and dewy-contoured makeup sealed her glamorous outing.
For another Cannes event, Shahana Goswami chose a Rohit Gandhi-Rahul Khanna strapless gown. The actress layered the gown with a sequinned jacket in the same colour palette. The unbuttoned jacket was paired with a black belt, creating the perfect cinched waist effect.
Before that, Shahana Goswami opted for a co-ord set, comprising a sleeveless kurta, waistcoat, and loose-fitted pants. The black base was doused with green, orange, and white prints.
Shahana Goswami is definitely making waves at Cannes and she isn't the only one. Apart from Aishwarya Rai, Kiara Advani and Sobhita Dhulipala, Jacqueliene Fernandez, Deepti Sandhwani and influencer Nancy Tyagi have made more than a few waves at the festival with their standout style.
