Her latest Instagram post is a wish granted to us. The clip begins with the actress nailing a variation of squats with dumbbells. Then she indulges in lunges with dumbbells that will help you in shaping and strengthening your lower body muscles. Next up were sumo squats with dumbbells. If your target areas are your quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings then this is just the perfect exercise to include in your routine. The actress also performed seated shoulder presses and dumbbell Russian twists. Bhumi's latest workout session focused more on core strength, as we also spotted her nailing side crunches and side plank crunches—both with variation. Through this clip, Bhumi has given herself a pat on the back for re-starting her fitness routine after combating dengue. She wrote, “Post dengue I couldn't even walk a km. Add to this a rib and knee injury along with massive muscle loss. I was a mess!!! It's taken me 3 months to actually get back. Slow and steady.” Kudos to you, Bhumi Pednekar.

Well, Bhumi Pednekar's workout regime is anything but a “mess”. And we have yet another example to prove us right. The actress kick-started 2024 with a bang and thanks to her social media, we got to see it all. A few days back she dropped a clip of her gym session, wherein the actress was seen indulging in a variation targeting her shoulders, legs and abs. Bhumi was seen nailing dumbbell pull-ups that build arm strength. She also tried out the goblet squat which is amazing for your calves, glutes and quads. Oh, wait there is more. Bhumi Pednekar's gym session also included weight training and kettlebell exercises which indeed are a great way to improve overall muscles. Along with the clip, she wrote, “Slowly and steadily."
