Aloe Vera And Lemon Mask

Just like aloe vera, lemons are also known to have antifungal properties which can play a key role in reducing scalp's flakiness. As lemons are acidic in nature, they may cause skin irritation when applied on the scalp but combining them with aloe vera pulp can balance its acidic nature and can be an easy remedy for dandruff. Take half a cup aloe vera gel and mix it with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix it well and apply it to the scalp and leave it for 30 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water. This mask can be applied once a week for better results.

Aloe Vera And Apple Cider Vinegar Mask

Both these ingredients have antifungal and antibacterial properties which are known to have great results on dandruff. The acidic nature of apple cider vinegar works like magic on the scalp's flakiness and can be an easy way to reduce dandruff. Take one cup of aloe vera gel and add a teaspoon of honey to it. Add two spoonful of the vinegar and mix it well. Apply this mixture to the scalp gently and leave it for around 20 minutes. Wash it off clean with water.

Aloe Vera, Olive Oil And Curd Mask

One of the best hair mask ingredients of moisturising dull strands is curd. Combining it with aloe vera reduces scalp itchiness. Olive oil is a rich source of Vitamin A and E which works well in strengthening the tresses and hair follicles. Take two tablespoons of aloe vera gel and add a spoon of olive oil to it. Add one cup of curd to it and mix them well. Generously apply the paste from the roots to the ends. Let it rest for around 30 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. This process can be repeated once a week.
