The actress has dropped a video on Instagram, which begins with Mouni dunking her face in a bowl full of ice water for a few seconds. Incorporating an ice water facial in your morning skincare regime is amazing, as it eliminates puffiness, reduces oil, avoids acne and boosts skin's glow among others. After the ice water facial, Mouni Roy followed the routine with a moisturiser. Next, she can be seen using a gold-plated T-Bar to massage her face. For those who don't know, this tool increases blood circulation, shifts toxins away and tightens your skin among others. Once done with the step, Mouni begins with her full face make-up. Of course, it included her favourite wing eyeliner. The minimal glam included coral blush, half-kohl-rimmed eyes, and nude lips.

Before Mouni, last year Alia Bhatt confessed that she dunks her face in ice water. Unlike Mouni Roy, Ali does it multiple times. In a video, shared by Vogue on YouTube, Alia said, “So I literally dunked my face in ice so, here it goes. And then I come up and then I go back inside. Immediately, all the blood rushes to my face and I feel all pink and fresh and ready to take on the day.”
