Don’t call them up repeatedly
Tempting as that may sound, do not find reasons to call up and get in touch with the ex again and again. That you will miss them is a fact, but it is a fact that you must deal with and slowly change. Don’t moon over old memories
While you have to grieve and also give the process it’s due time, you must try and move forward and not be stuck in the past. Once in a while, the memories might get the better of you. But you have to consciously make an effort to not obsess over them and what you once shared.
Don’t feed the bad thoughts
