Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the IBPS SO admit cards for preliminary examination. The candidates who had applied for the December end prelims exams may download the IBPS SO admit card 2017 online from the official website, ibps.in. IBPS will select candidates on the basis of their performance in preliminary, main and interview. in IBPS SO recruitment, both preliminary and main examinations are computer-based tests. IBPS SO 2018 recruitment is being held for selecting candidates for
1315 vacancies in Specialist Officers (SO)' cadre posts from the banking institutions associated with IBPS.
IBPS SO online examination will be held on December 30, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary exam will be called for the Main examination and those who qualify the main examination will be called for interview.

This year IBPS has notified a total of 1315 vacancies for IBPS SO recruitment much lesser than the number of vacancies for which recruitment was held previous year. Last year, the vacancies were 4122.
