New Delhi: Speaking to the industry body ASSOCHAM today, senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj highlighted the need for changing the condition of women in the country.

• In the report, challenges and suggestions have been listed
• They have identified 12 problems
• Not a single problem has been mentioned without stating facts
• There 16 findings and 15 recommendations on how to address these challenges
• On one side, women are at crucial posts. They have entered areas which were once considered male-dominated
• But there's another side, where the are the victims of dowry-related crimes,
• Acid attacks, sexual offences
• There's no balance in the growth of women
• These are shameful acts
