Is it safe to go for laparoscopic tubectomy?

My wife is 38 years old. Do you recommend laparoscopic tubectomy surgery for her at this age? Is there any side effect?

Laparoscopic tubectomy is a very popular method of sterilisation. Yes - it can be recommended at the age of 38. Although it has inherent risks associated with any laparoscopic procedure, it is overall a safe method provided it is done by a gynaecologist experienced in performing laparoscopic procedures.
