Modern Family star Sofia Vergara, who celebrated her 50th birthday recently, shared pictures and videos from the festivities on Instagram. On her profile, the actress shared photos of a birthday picnic featuring her husband and actor Joe Manganiello and son Manolo Gonzalez Vergara. In one of the pictures, Sofia can be seen posing with her birthday cake. She also shared a video of all the cakes that she cut and she captioned the post "Officially old." She also posted a mushy picture with husband Joe Manganiello and a stunning shot of herself in a separate album.
