The Best Actress winners for the 69th National Film Awards are setting all sorts of goals. Alia Bhatt has won for her role in Gangubai Kathiawadi, while Kriti Sanon's performance in Mimi won her the top prize. Both Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon congratulated each other in their respective Instagram posts. Alia, tagging Kriti in her post, wrote, "I remember messaging you the day I saw Mimi... It was such an honest and powerful performance... I cried and cried...so so well deserved... Shine on you star...The world is your oyster." In the comments section, Kriti Sanon wrote, "Let's celebrate soonnnn."
A quick glance at what the comments section of Alia Bhatt's post looked like. Deepika Padukone commented, "Congratulations!" with a heart emoji. Alia's Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani co-star Ranveer Singh added, "Richly deserved! phenomenal performance." Anushka Sharma dropped a heart emoji.
