The 31st episode of Amitabh Bachchan's popular reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati 9, saw three contestants on the hot seat. Aarti Panwar, a housewife from Haryana's Yamunanagar, was the first contestant to play the game on Monday. Ms Panwar revealed that was trying since 10 years for the show and through Kaun Banega Crorepati, she wants to make an identity for herself. She was accompanied by her father and her husband came as the jodidaar. Ms Panwar passed the first padav without using any lifeline and won Rs 20,000. Big B was impressed by the confidence with which she was answering the questions.

Both of them also spoke about birthdays, as Aarti Panwar celebrates it on October 10 and Big B said, "Someone else celebrates it the next day (referring to himself)."

Ms Panwar used all the remaining lifelines in a question worth Rs 12.5 lakh but unfortunately, she lost and took home Rs 3.2 lakh.

Amitabh Bachchan again conducted a fresh round of fastest finger first segment. This time, Shashi Saxena, a government official from Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur, took over the hot seat. In just four questions, she used two lifelines but couldn't win prize money due to a wrong answer.

Then comes the third round of fastest finger first segment and Dr Vinay Goyal came to play the game, which will be played on Tuesday.
