Alia Bhatt has shared a behind-the-scenes video from her shoot for Gucci - the actress is the first Indian ambassador for the iconic fashion house, Alia is giving major boss lady vibes in the statement Gucci pantsuit set. From getting her hair done to the last-minute touch-ups, the clip is all things amazing. For the caption, the actress just picked a heart icon and tagged the Italian luxury house. Alia's friends and industry colleagues have given a shout-out to her in the comments section. Her BFF Aakansha Ranjan Kapoor wrote, “Enough ya it's like I'm on Instagram only to get wowed by you every day.” Referring to Alia's introduction song in her debut film Student Of Year, Orhan Awatramani said, “The girlllls got everything, the girls got, girls got…” See Alia Bhatt's post here:
Alia Bhatt, in another post, spoke about the collaboration. She said, “I am honoured to represent the house of Gucci not only in India but at a global stage. Gucci's legacy has always inspired and intrigued me and I'm looking forward to the many sartorial milestones we create together.” In the pics attached to the post, Alia is seen wearing a peach colour shirt with a high waist skirt and the signature Gucci belt. Replying to the post, Karan Johar wrote, “Proud…Proud…Proud.” Alia's mom, veteran actress Soni Razdan said, “Amazing news congratulations darling.” Janhvi Kapoor dropped red hearts and fire emojis under the post. Anushka Sharma and Vaani Kapoor followed suit.
Gucci, in its announcement post, said, “Alia Bhatt is the House's newest Global Brand Ambassador. To mark the occasion, the actress, producer, and entrepreneur was captured with the Gucci Bamboo 1947 bag.”
The fantastic news comes days after Alia Bhatt made a fabulous red-carpet debut at the Met Gala 2023. She wore a custom-made white gown by Prabal Gurung. Her outfit was inspired by supermodel Claudia Schiffer's 1992 Chanel bridal look.
