New Delhi:
The Madras High Court has lifted the stay on the upcoming Prakash Jha film Aarakshan.
The Court stayed the release yesterday, on account of Jha and Firoz A Nadiadwala allegedly defaulting in repayment of a financier's loan of Rs 3.75 crore.
Earlier today, the complainant withdrew the petition following an out of court settlement.
Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court refused to stay the release of Aarakshan and said there will be no special screening for anybody before its release on Friday (August 12).
Aarakshan stars Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Manoj Bajpai.
