Dehradun:
A deaf and dumb man stabbed his father to death in Rudrapur town of Uttarakhand's Udhamsinghnagar district following a tiff in the family, police said on Monday.
The body of 65-year-old Chandidas Sarkar bearing multiple stab injuries, was recovered from outside his house on Sunday, they said.
Sarkar's relatives said 26-year-old Mithun Sarkar was very angry after a quarrel in the family on Saturday night and may have killed his father in a fit of rage.
Mithun has been arrested. The weapon used for the murder and the bloodstained clothes of his father have been recovered.
