Mahindra Automotive is on a spree, releasing multiple teasers of its upcoming concept models to be showcased on August 15. The list includes Vision T, Vision S, Vision X, and Vision SXT. In the latest round of teasers, the automaker has been giving a sneak peek at the rear end of the concept models. The latest one on the list is the Vision SXT. Before we dive into the details, it is worth mentioning that the brand had revealed the front end of the vehicle in the previous teasers.

The new teaser of the Mahindra Vision SXT Concept gives a look at the rear end of the vehicle. It confirms that the SXT concept is similar to the Scorpio-N-based pickup truck revealed by the brand earlier. It shows the flat-bed of the vehicle with two spare wheels.

In the earlier teasers, the brand showcased the vehicle's hood, which appears to have a robust design with pronounced wheel arches due to plastic cladding. All of these features suggest that it is a vehicle capable of off-roading.

As previously mentioned, all four concept vehicles are set to be built on the Freedom_NU platform. This new platform is intended to support future models from the company, including those with internal combustion engines (ICE), electric vehicles (EV), and hybrid options. The new platforms, along with the final production versions of these concept vehicles, will be manufactured at Mahindra's facility in Chakan, Pune.

Simultaneously, the Indian automaker is preparing to introduce several updated models in the country. The lineup includes a revamped version of the XUV700, in addition to the Bolero, the BE Rall-e, and various other new products. These vehicles have been spotted undergoing tests on Indian roads several times and will feature improvements over the existing versions.
