Lamborghini has presented the design concept of the Temerario Super Trofeo car that will make its competitive debut in the Asian, European, and North American championships from 2027. Unveiled at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli on the weekend of the traditional season-closing Lamborghini World Finals, the Temerario becomes the sixth Super Trofeo model since the launch of the Squadra Corse customer racing division of Automobili Lamborghini.
The Temerario Super Trofeo will be the successor to the hugely successful Huracan, which has been the reference vehicle of Lamborghini Super Trofeo competition over three iterations since its debut in 2015.

Lamborghini Super Trofeo has been a cornerstone of Lamborghini's racing activities since 2009. The inaugural European edition utilised the Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo for four seasons before the introduction of the Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo, which was used between 2013 and 2015.
The Gallardo LP 570-4 shared the grid with the new Huracan LP 620-2 Super Trofeo in 2015, the latter becoming the standalone competition car until the end of the 2017 season.
