Ather Energy is preparing for its Community Day event to be held on August 30. Ahead of the event, the electric two-wheeler manufacturer has announced the debut of its first-ever concept model. The brand claims that the model has been 'designed for tomorrow's riders'. Before the official unveiling, the brand has been teasing the concept vehicle in a series of teasers. The first teaser gave us a silhouette of the model, while the second teaser gives us a sneak peek at a new design element.

The initial teaser offered a glimpse of a bold, sporty design for the vehicle, which seems to be a maxi-scooter, particularly due to the positioning of the headlights and taillights. The headlight features a sharp, pointed shape and appears to be surrounded by a body-colored fairing, while the angle of the taillight is set quite steeply. One notable detail is a new design for the seat, where the passenger seat is positioned significantly higher. Earlier, it seemed to resemble the design of a sports bike. However, things are much clearer now.

Based on the latest teaser released by the two-wheeler manufacturer, the scooter will have a completely new design for the seat. It consists of two pieces in which the cushiony parts are placed parallel with a gap between them. This is connected to a very sharp design for the tail section, which seems to be something very similar to a performance-oriented bike. Additionally, the seat has the 'ATHER' lettering densely packed and engraved onto the seat. Meanwhile, other details remain under the veil.

In addition, the company plans to unveil its new EL platform during the event. This EL platform is specifically developed for the brand's upcoming budget-friendly electric scooters. It features a revamped powertrain and advanced electronics, using components from the existing Ather 450 platform's battery and Atherstack. This platform will be employed for new models aimed at both local and global markets, all while maintaining cost efficiency.
