Shraddha Kapoor Is The Perfect Model For Anita Dongre's New Collection

Shraddha Kapoor has been missing from action for a while. After her film Haseena Parkar released in September last year, Shraddha has barely been seen other than an occasional appearance at the airport or, every now and then, on Instagram. It's no wonder that Shraddha Kapoor's look for Anita Dongre's new collection has been welcomed happily by most. Shraddha has often worn Indian outfits, whether for weddings or just casual outings, but she especially sparkled in these pictures taken by The House Of Pixels (who often also photograph Sonam Kapoor), in Anita Dongre's creations.

The first look shared by Anita Dongre was of Shraddha Kapoor in a soft pink suit, intricately embroidered with inspiration from traditional Rajasthani crafts. Shraddha was seen wearing what is known as the Sanhari suit and the Arva earrings by Anita Dongre Fine Jewellery.

A bindi, soft makeup, loose hair and kohl rimmed eyes were a fitting match with this traditional look.

Next, Shraddha Kapoor was seen draped in the coral-hued, intricately embroidered Mirayka lehenga. This lehenga was carefully crafted by a team of expert artisans with delicate motifs from Rajasthan.

On Shraddha was also a Jadau Yahanvi choker and Eirisha earrings encrusted with uncut diamonds, rubies and pearls by Anita Dongre Fine Jewellery. Jadau, as Anita Dongre explained alongside the picture, is the coveted craft of moulding yellow gold with uncut diamonds and pearls into timeless jewellery.

Shraddha has been missing for a while, but we believe she has good reason. Rumour has it that three films bagged by Shraddha are slated to begin shooting this year. At the moment, Shraddha Kapoor is busy filming a horror comedy opposite Rajkummar Rao titled Stree.
