With her engagement having been in the limelight for the last week and her debut film having won hearts and the box office, Priyanka Chopra and Janhvi Kapoor seem to be the women of the hour, respectively. Priyanka Chopra's engagement to American singer Nick Jonas was definitely the highlight of last week for their fans everywhere. Both Priyanka and Nick have been public figures and celebrities for many years now, so their relationship has only naturally garnered much attention. Janhvi Kapoor on the other hand has only just begun her career, but the Dhadak actor is already receiving the kind of attention only a star receives. When these two ladies are spotted at the same place on the same night, it goes without saying that more than just a few heads would turn and take notice.
Last night, Priyanka Chopra and Janhvi Kapoor were both spotted having dinner at Bastian, which seems to be a celebrity favourite restaurant in Mumbai. Priyanka and Janhvi may have dined in the same restaurant, but their choice of outfits was significantly different.
Priyanka, who was there to celebrate her late father's birthday with her mom, chose to wear a white turtleneck t-shirt with a silver tissue organza jacket and a pair of straight-legged jeans. She teamed her outfit with a pair of black pointed toe mules, a Fendi bag and a chunky bangle from Chanel.
Janhvi on the other hand went with an ensemble we've seen her look and feel rather comfortable in over the months - an Indian suit. Janhvi chose to wear a black kurta with a pair of printed palazzo pants. She teamed the look with a greyish green dupatta which she wore around her neck and a pair of silver earrings. She finished her look with a beige crossbody bag.
While Janhvi and Priyanka were both spotted exiting the premises together, one can't be sure about whether or not the two talented actors actually dined together. Either way, it was a delight seeing these two together; each of them looking like a million bucks at that.
