The latest wedding of Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha, along with its love-filled moments, also gave a glimpse of the fashion trends in the world of weddings. Mesmerising as ever in a beautiful champagne-hued Manish Malhotra lehenga, Parineeti made for a beautiful bride. Her lehenga was a true masterpiece. From the intricate, geometric patterns to vintage thread work, it was all things ethereal. While lehengas often manage to steal the show, in this case, it was Parineeti's long veil that grabbed the attention too. The beautiful similar-hued veil came with personalised detailing that was too hard to miss.

Designed by Manish Malhotra, her tulle veil was a surreal addition to her look, an amalgamation of modern and traditional elements. The designer's opulent veil was artisanally hand embroidered in the craft of badla work and had an embellished pearl border. What added a personalised touch to the same was Raghav's name embedded on her veil in Devanagari script.
Manish Malhotra is known for his veils and even has a hashtag dedicated to them #mmveil. It definitely appears to be one of the designer's signature style imprints. This is definitely not the first time Bollywood celebrities have gone the extra mile to add a personalised touch to their veils. Previously, designer Arpita Mehta added a French aesthetic to her very traditional look when she embroidered her wedding date in French knots on her wedding veil.

But it is not just a Bollywood thing. Kourtney Kardashian's luxe wedding look had a customised touch to it. According to Vogue, Kourtney's veil featured religious motifs inspired by one of Travis Barker's tattoos.
Deepika Padukone was another celebrity who aced a beautifully customised veil by Sabyasachi. Her decadent red wedding lehenga came with an embroidered veil that had ‘Sada Saubhagyavati Bhava' written along the borders of the veil.
Another celebrity who made a statement with her iconic veil was Priyanka Chopra. Her white bridal 75-foot veil was truly a standout. Her Ralph Lauren gown was beautifully complemented with the iconic veil. The dreamy gown had the most beautiful details. According to Vogue, the gown had eight special words and phrases embroidered onto her gown including her groom's full name.
