It is not everyday that we come across some artistic expression that we all relate to. It is also not everyday that we come across an artistic expression which takes up the mundane everyday things in life and turns it into something creative. But in the age of social media where all poets, artists, designers, get to have their fair share of glory by posting their work online, there are a lot of such pages that catch an average millennial's intrigue.

Paper Samosa is one such account on Instagram. The art is nothing too intense and that is the beauty of it. They are simple things, everyday things that have been made into cartoons that everyone will resonate with. And they will make you giggle, if not laugh out loud.

And these posts aren't always meaningless somethings - some of the cartoons derive hugely out of the kind of people we meet in our lives. Exhibit A.

The page is relatively new and clearly started out different but we love the tone that it is taking now - more realistic, and driving home a point.

Simmi , the creator of the artwork, calls her art "hoodrat stuff" - we take that it means cool and quirky, the kind belonging to the underbelly. And turns out the artist plans to get merchandise made out of her artwork soon. Well, now that would be something interesting. Can't wait.
