It goes without saying that Priyanka Chopra is a girl after our own hearts. She is the modern day global ambassador of Bollywood; plus she loves her desserts just as much as she loves her dresses. And while we're talking about her dresses, we cannot fail to talk about homegirl's style chops. Besides her diverse representation of South Asia on the global stage, Priyanka Chopra is known to raise the style quotient of a room the second she enters it. She has never been one to shy away from experimenting with fashion. Sometimes, it leaves us with meme-worthy outfits (flash back from 2017's Met Gala, anyone?) and other times, it leaves us wanting more. This time was one of the latter.
On a recent trip to Dubai, Priyanka Chopra decided to play as per the season and go vibrant for her summery choice of outfit. Her first was a brighter-than-sunshine yellow monotone Rochas look. The actress chose a fluorescent yellow long-sleeved blouse with a pussy bow neckline and paired it with a matching pencil skirt which had a daring high slit. With it, she chose Stuart Weitzman's signature minimal strappy stilettos, straight hair, brown lips and small rounded sunglasses a la The Matrix, one of 2018's trends du jour.
And it didn't end there. For another outing in the desert city, Priyanka wore a slim fitted purple midi dress with a buttoned neckline and pleated skirt from Nina Ricci. The look was complemented with waves in her shoulder grazing hair, printed orange Aquazurra pumps and reflective sunglasses. If this doesn't say summer ready, we don't know what does.
The actress, who has been associated with Unicef for many years, was in Dubai to attend the Global Education and Skills Forum. Beauty with a heart, that's our girl Priyanka.
