Mindy Kaling's drama series Never Have I Ever has finally come to an end and one of the many things that the fans can't stop talking about is how the fourth season was high on the style quotient. Many may not have realised was the fact that several Indian designers got to exhibit their craftsmanship in the last season. Do you remember the climax episode (Spoiler alert!) where Devi a.k.a. Maitreyi Ramakrishnan is in a dilemma about how to pack her bags for Princeton after being warned by her mother Nalini? Well, that gorgeous yellow dress belongs to the shelves of Anita Dongre. The frock-style dress features a V-neckline accentuated with subtle light pink embroidery. The loose-fitted silhouette was extended to form balloon sleeves. While styling Devi's look for the outfit her middle parted curled-up tresses were left open.

Fair warning, there's another spoiler about the plot ahead. Do you remember the lovely blush pink saree that Nalini a.k.a. Poorna Jagannathan wore at Pati's wedding? That saree is a creation of the Indian couturier Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Poorna impeccably created a contrasting effect by pairing the blush pink saree with a maroon blouse. The saree was accentuated through a subtle gold design and matching broad lace border. The blouse featured extravagant gold embroidery in leaf patterns. The blouse was further highlighted through intricate lace work on its close-up neckline.
In mid-season episodes, Poorna Jagannathan's casuals came from Ragini Ahuja's clothing label IKAI. That mustard kurta set that featured an ivory floral print is truly meant to be in your summer wardrobe. It came in an oversized silhouette and added subtle button detailing on the neckline. One of her peach outfits featured similar details but it was highlighted through contrasting blue striped borders. For both looks, Poorna styled her short bob tresses in curls.
Poorna also shared more photos from her looks on set featuring Indian designers. Her sleeveless green and pink co-ord set was by Kshitij Jalori which featured jungle prints and a waist tie. In her caption, she described the look as, a "new brand we got to include this season. This gorgeous, velvety pant top had too brief an appearance but man- was it amazing."
Poorna also wore a pair of printed trousers from Suket Dhir with her mustard tank top and cardigan; the print of which matched perfectly. Of Suket's outfits, she said in her caption, "Honestly Suket's suits slay me- I've worn a lot of his stuff recently."
It's exciting to see Indian representation in the American show, not only through the actors but the designs they wore as well.
