Steps

1. Starting with freshly washed hair, I took some moisture out of the hair with a towel. I then coated the roots with root lift thickening spray and mid-lengths to ends with Nexxus volumizing foam mousse.

2. After parting the hair to the side, I blew out the hair with the Dyson round volumizing brush attachment to give the hair extra volume. I then used the 1.6-inch barrel to create a bouncy curl and set each section with a Velcro roller after, making sure the hair in rollers are positioned away from the face to provide lift and an open face framing shape.

3. When the hair has cooled completely, I then removed each roller starting from the bottom, teasing the hair with a tail comb and spraying each backcombed section with Finishing Spray for lift and hold.

4. Using a boar bristle flat brush, I then begin to brush out hair careful not to remove too much of the volume I've created with backcombing. I smooth the ends with the soft smoothing brush attachment to polish ends and taming any flyaways.

5. Once I have her hair in the desired shape, I finished with Finishing Mist.

Steps

1. To create Kim K's effortlessly chic look, Chris started off by prepping her hair to ensure hair was ultra smooth, glossy and frizz free.

2. For maximum volume, he blow dried the hair, paired with root lifting product throughout the root area while blow drying in the opposite direction.

3. Appleton then used the Dyson straightener section by section, wrapping the hair around the iron to create curls while polishing the fringe in front that is left out.

4. Once all the hair was curled, he sprayed a texturizing spray throughout for additional volume and memory.

5. Without brushing the curls out, Chris put the hair up into a modern-day French twist leaving out hair at the top and side fringe.

6. Lastly, he used hairspray for a finishing touch, ensuring a look that lasts.

1. I began by prepping Lizzo's hair to prepare for styling with the Lush shampoo bar to create perfectly cleansed yet moisturized tresses.

2. After washing and conditioning, Lizzo's hair was ready for styling. I used the Tangle Teezer detangling hair brush to detangle Lizzo's hair while wet. This brush is perfect for 3c to 4c hair and literally allowed Lizzo's hair to glide through. The brush is amazing combined with well-cleansed moisturized hair.

3. Once the tresses were detangled and luminous, I moved on to apply scalp moisturizer and then used the Dyson Airwrap to style Lizzo's look.

4. I blow dried her hair to prepare it for shaping and moulding into an elegant updo. When creating an updo foundation is key so every step of preparation comes together to create a flawless look.

5. I then used a hairbrush to smooth and build Lizzo's hair into a bump-free high ponytail without any complications or setbacks.

6. For hold I applied a Lush wig hair trainer to help form the foundation of a beautiful sleek updo.

7. Once the base was perfectly smooth and secure, I created pin curls and add volume to Lizzo's timeless updo.

Steps

1. I Applied Biolage Blow Dry Shaping Lotion from mid-to-ends for weightless memory.

2. Next, I added Volumizing Spray generously to all the areas we wanted height and volume.

3. I used the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer to dry the hair, then divided the hair into three large sections.

4. To create the airy blowout, I used 1.6in long barrel on the Dyson Airwrap, clipping each section to cool. We kept the curls clipped while the makeup was done and then used a large brush to sculpt the waves into place.

5. I then used the Dyson Corrale straightener to perfect the ends and sculpt the root.

6. I finished with Complete Control hairspray for a touchable hold.

1. Prep damp hair using Living Proof Blowout from mid-shaft to ends for a good grip with heat protection.

2. Apply Living Proof Root Lift to the roots on damp hair for extra grit and touchable volume.

3. Blow dry hair using the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer using medium heat and airflow setting with a round brush.
