CIL MT Recruitment 2017 Final Results: Offer Of Appointment To The MTs Selected Through Campus Uploaded
The offer of appointment to the Management Trainees (MT) in Coal India Ltd has been uploaded for the MTs selected through campus. The results notification said this appointment is subject to candidates being found medically fit as per the rules of the company. The CIL has published two reporting times with the results published recently. The CIL MT appointment letters have been given two days - October 12 and November 1 - to report to General Manager(Personnel/Recruitment), CIL or his representative Camp, llCM Ranchi, Kanke, Jharkhand with all original Educational certificates, Caste certificate (in two sets of photocopies of the same) for documents verification/initial medical examination.
The selected candidates shall be allowed to join after being declared medically Fit and after all documents found correct.
On being found medically fit, a candidate will be allowed to join the services of the Company and will be undergoing induction training for a period of about 14 days lndian institute of Coal Management(IICM), Kanke, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
The posting may be done at any establishment of CIL or its Subsidiary Company in India/abroad.
In case of failure to report for Medical Examination on the aforesaid date, time and place, this offer of appointment will automatically stand cancelled unless extended in writing by the Competent Authority.
Results of Off-Campus MT recruitmentWritten exam for the post of Management Trainee of Coal India was conducted in the month of March for different disciplines and result for the written exam was declared on
July 2017.
The interviews were conducted from July 24 to August 19 for the shortlisted students.
One candidate, with whom NDTV talked to complained that, since then there is no information, no notice has been published regarding the final results of MT results.
"We all are frustrated and depressed due to this indefinite delay.... even after the mode of examination has been changed to online, they are taking so much time to publish the results," said the aspirant.
"We only want CIL to publish some notice or information about when are they going to release , atleast a tentative date because in absence of any information we are bound to wait for indefinite time and it is very much irritating,'' the aspirant said.
NDTV has sent a mail to CIL's MT recruitment section regarding the concerns expressed by the candidates, but that did not elicit any response, and will update this story as we get a response.
