Which movie did Narendra Modi watch in a cinema on Monday?
Ahmedabad:  When Narendra Modi tweeted that he was going to watch a film on Monday evening with MLAs from his party in Ahmedabad, many assumed it would be Kai Po Che, the indie hit that's based on a book by Chetan Bhagat and is set in Gujarat.

But the Gujarat Chief Minister strapped on a pair of 3-D glasses and watched The Titanic for about 20 minutes at an IMAX theatre.

The film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet and directed by James Cameron, first released in 1997 and was a blockbuster hit. The 3-D version was released last year.

Mr Modi is not known to be a film buff. In fact, his last movie outing was in early 2010 when he watched the Amitabh Bachchan-starrer Paa along with the actor.

Leo and Kate? And Modi? The heart does go on, apparently.
